TPRM Support Analyst

CastleHill seeks a full-time professional to join our growing Third-Party Risk Management services team as a TPRM Support Analyst. The role involves business-to-business communication, coordination, and TPRM team support.  It provides excellent exposure to the end-to-end risk assessment lifecycle and TPRM platforms while supporting multiple clients in meeting their compliance objectives.  This is an entry-level position with the potential to move into a TPRM Risk Analyst role within 6-9 months.

Key Responsibilities of the TPRM Support Analyst:

• TPRM Support Analysts are the primary liaison between CastleHill, our clients, and their service providers (vendors).
• Work directly with our clients and vendors to track and coordinate compliance assessment activities. Typical duties include assessment tracking and coordination, status updates, document collection, issue resolution, and maintenance of continuous monitoring tools.
• Ensure continuity of service, access to appropriate support levels, and effective communication between all parties involved in the compliance assessment process.

We provide complete training for the right candidates.

A four-year degree is preferred but not required.
