Job Description

 

CastleHill is seeking individuals to join our growing team in the role of Support Analyst. This role will leverage ProcessUnity to perform tasks associated with well-defined processes. This position will also provide support to the team of third-party risk analysts at CastleHill with email follow-ups, documentation requests, etc. Individuals who apply should also expect special administrative projects such as preparing data and files for loading to client systems, etc.

The Support Analyst is a newly created role. Training will be provided to selected individuals, as well as support from the CastleHill team as they master their position.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Call center experience;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
  • 2+ years of customer service experience;
  • Strong critical thinking capabilities;
  • Genuine desire to learn and develop new skills.
