Principal Consultant – OneTrust

CastleHill is looking for candidates with the following skills to work daily with our growing list of OneTrust clients in the delivery of privacy and GRC solutions leveraging the OneTrust platform:

• A proven leader with a strong aptitude for communicating complex business and technical concepts
• Ability to establish trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
• Deep experience with delivering privacy and security consulting, implementation, and advisory
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, multitask, and perform effectively under pressure
• Deep knowledge of the OneTrust application and its ability to manage business processes

Any of the following certifications are desirable:

•  CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPP/US, CIPT, FIP, GRCP, GRCA, CRISC, or CTPRP
• 6-8+ years in a GRC software implementation role or related experience
• Must enjoy both the technical and non-technical nature of GRC platform implementation
• Demonstrated strength with engaging in projects across corporate functions
• Practical experience in configuring OneTrust software
• Strategic problem-solving skills and the ability to design and communicate effective solutions that are not always out of the box
• Experience or knowledge around the capability of other GRC platforms
• Knowledge of GRC Standards and Security Frameworks: Familiarity with key security frameworks (e.g., ISO, NIST, SOC, PCI DSS) and privacy standards, and experience in SOC 2, ISO 27001, or NIST CSF certification procedures
• Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills
